PERMANENT MONITORING OF ALL PARAMETERS OF YOUR SERVERS (BOTH VIRTUAL AND PHYSICAL)

With the help of an automated monitoring system based on Zabbix, we constantly monitor and record all server parameters, such as free space, load on processors and RAM, the state of RAID arrays, reboots and unavailability. If it is necessary to monitor non-standard indicators, custom plugins are configured.

RECOVERY OF SERVICES IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE

If our monitoring system fixes a problem or a failure request is received from the client, engineers immediately start diagnosing problems and fixing them. Failure alerts are sent to mail, phone and telegram - this ensures that no problem goes unnoticed.
